Dr. Jau-Fei Chen

Dr JauFei, Chen enrolled in Brigham Young University, USA at the tender age of 16, obtained her PhD in Microbiology at 26. She stayed on at Brigham Young University after PhD graduation and committed to combine study of Science and Medicine to initiate the concept of Nutritional Immunology.

Dr JauFei, Chen advocates that the best doctor in the world is our immune system, and we can nourish / strengthen our immune system through proper nutrition, to prevent chronic disease.

Under the leadership of Dr JauFei Chen, hundreds of scientist around the world, strive to study both herbal medicine and modern science to help people gain back their health through Nutritional Immunology. E-Lead Global is established with the mission to bring the knowledge of health to mankind. E-Lead Global thrives on delivering latest science knowledge and continuing research on Nutritional Immunology.

Dr JauFei, Chen has more than 30 years of experience in this field and has helped many people through her research in the preventive science. She believes that prevention is better than cure.

The persistence and effort of Dr JauFei, Chen has made Nutritional Immunology to be acknowledged by medical profession all around the world. She has also been recognized for her contribution and winning some of the most widely acclaimed awards in the world.

• 1992, she received the Martin De La Cuz Award 
• 1997, she was selected as the Ten Outstanding Young Americans
• 1997/1998, she was invited to present Nutritional Immunology in the World Immunology Forum
• 2001, awarded a patent from the United  States Patent and Trademark Office for the introduction of ginseng berry and cactus fruit into nutritional food
• 2005, recognized by Singapore AVA
• Awarded Outstanding Overseas Youth Award and Annual Model of Overseas Chinese Youth Entrepreneur Award in Taiwan. 
• Named Outstanding Woman of the Year by the Chinese Women’s Association of America. 
• March 8, 1996, was declared Jau-Fei Chen Day in the state of California in the U.S.
• The first person of Chinese descent to be named as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Americans in that field by the U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce.
•  Awarded The China Dynasty Award by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission of Taiwan.
• Conferred Outstanding Individual of Our Time Award by the media in the Asia-Pacific region.
